CONDITIONS OF SALE

Plants are all guaranteed to be free of virus or other diseases. This guarantee elapses 30 days after purchase. We guarantee safe arrival of the plants. A report of obvious physical damage must be made immediately upon arrival and no later than within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Sizes indicated in the catalogue are approximate and plants may vary slightly in size.

GUARANTEE: We do guarantee that plants are true to label and that colours described are as accurate as possible. Our liability in all instances is limited to the purchase price of the plants.

OVERSEAS ORDERS: When placing an order, an invoice will be generated detailing your order plus point of entry to your country and a dispatch date plus payment details for either a Telegraphic Transfer or a Credit Card payment to be made prior to shipment.

If you wish to place an order with one of the orchid companies listed on the "Link Page" of our web site, you will need to either phone/email/fax your order to them. They will in return order and arrange the receiving of your order to their nursery. Documentation Fees will be arranged by them and your portion will be charge to you by the orchid company.

ORDERS PLACED WITHIN AUSTRALIA: When placing an mail order please sent payment by cheque or mail order or creditcard with your order.

MINIMUM ORDER: AUD $250.00 (Overseas orders only) unless the orders are being placed to be collected from one of the International venues where I will be either speaking or attending with a sales booth or an agreement is decided between both of us.

PAYMENT: WITH ORDER UNLESS CREDIT CARD FACILITIES USED.

Visa Card and Mastercard are only excepted.

DOCUMENTS: Australian Agriculture Department Fee for inspection of all overseas orders is AUD$100.00 (Cites, Phytosanitary Certificate, Certified Invoice, Packing Slips.) This doesn't include any incoming Government Fees or charges in your country. (For orders placed within Australia these charges don’t apply.)

FREIGHT: Airfreight and International Express Post charges are at our cost price only.
